To keep up with news and new releases, please sign up for my e-mail newsletter. Newsletters go out only when there’s a significant announcement like a new release, and you can update your subscription or unsubscribe at any time.

I take your privacy seriously, and I will never share your information. (Review the complete privacy policy below.) Your email address will be used only to send you news related to my books. To protect and ensure your consent, this sign-up form uses a double opt-in–so please check your email for a confirmation link to complete your sign-up. Thanks!

PRIVACY POLICY:

Our website address is: https://theresaromain.com. When you subscribe to the Theresa Romain author newsletter, we collect only your email address and, if you choose to submit it, your first and/or last name so that we may contact you with email newsletters. The information collected is stored on the list manager’s server and is used only to email you. It is not ever sold. You can unsubscribe from the list at any time using the link present at the bottom of each newsletter.

Your information will only be disclosed where required to do so by law or subpoena or if there is reasonable belief that such action is necessary (a) to comply with the law; (b) to protect the security or integrity of the website; and/or (c) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of this website’s users, or others.

[Please note: As of February 2023, the site no longer allows new comments. The privacy policy terms below are no longer applicable. Pre-existing comments do remain on the site and fall under the privacy policy terms below.]

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. The comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
